    Why late rising is not advisable

    Late rising is not advisable for several reason, it disrupts our body's natural sleep cycle When we wake up late, our body's natural sleep-wake cycle is disrupted. This can make it harder for us to fall asleep at night and can lead to sleep deprivation. It leads to a rushed morning, when we wake up late, we may have to rush through our morning routine to get ready for the day. This can cause stress and anxiety, which can negatively impact on our mood and productivity.
    When we wake up late, we may not have enough time to eat a proper breakfast. Breakfast is an important meal that provides our body with the energy it needs to start the day.
    It decreased productivity,When we wake up late, we may start your day feeling sluggish and unmotivated. This can decrease our productivity and make it harder for us to focus on your tasks.
    Overall, waking up late can have negative impacts on our physical and mental health, as well as our productivity and overall quality of life. It is important to maintain a consistent sleep schedule and wake up at a reasonable time each day.

    If a person is coming back to home after completing his late evening shift and he goes to bed by 1 AM or 2 AM then he will definitely get up late in the morning as a normal human being requires a sleep of about 6-7 hours. So in such cases his morning would start at 9 AM and it is perfectly alright and his body gets accustomed to that routine.
    In other normal cases when a person has option of going to bed at 9 PM but he wastes his time and goes to bed late and wakes up late in the morning then it requires a correction.
    As per the knowledge and wisdom of our ancients, early morning time is ideal for attaining calm and happiness of mind and that is the time when the day begins with the rising of sun and the whole atmosphere is very positive and conducive for ones physical as well as mental growth. Many people take advantage of early rising and they have more time in their lives to do various type of activities. There day starts at 5 or 6 AM and ends at 9 PM. Due to this discipline of life they are generally healthy and strong in their minds. What can be a better benefit of early rising than that?
