We cannot under estimate any one simply

It seems in many places that he doesn't know this and so on. We don't know who have what capacity.
Today I am traveling in a train from Madurai to Chennai. In the train I have seen a group of middle aged ladies travelling to Chennai from an outskirt city of Madurai. One single lady, to my surprise, seems not highly educated but organised entire group from ticket booking, tiffin arrangements etc., It is really a good to note that she is moving coach by coach for giving tiffin and other arrangements.

That is true. Every person on this earth is unique and will have special qualities. Education is not the only thing that makes us capable. Intelligence and organising capacities will make a person special. Many ladies in the olden days were not having any education but they were organising the house very well. Gents used to work outside. But all the matters related to the house were being managed. All this will depend on the willingness of the individual and his/her IQ.
In our village, there is a couple. Both of them are not well educated. But they organise an India tour from Varanasi to Rameswaram. They plan everything very nicely and even food also will be cooked by them during the tour and the pilgrims going with them will have good homemade food. The wife will take care of making and serving food as planned and the husband will be taking care of room booking and other arrangements.

Just by seeing a simple person doing some simple work we cannot underestimate his potential. This world is running smoothly because there are a large number of simple people doing simple things around the globe on 24/7 basis.
There are many things like cleanliness, orderliness, and disciplined setup in various places that we visit and we take it for granted. But when we deeply ponder over that then we will find that there are many people who are coming in early hours in the morning and making the places clean and ready for the visitors or customers. That is a very mammoth work of massive propositions and we cannot underestimate the people behind it.
Many people feel that what they are doing is the only work and others are enjoying their lives. But it is not like that. There are many who are doing their work without any show off or advertisement. They are the real warriors and we should not underestimate them.

Knowledge is power.

It is generally a good practice to not underestimate anyone. People have unique abilities and strengths that may not be immediately apparent. Underestimating someone can lead to missed opportunities and can also be disrespectful. It is important to approach everyone with an open mind and treat them with respect and kindness.

We are in the habits of underestimating the qualities of others especially for the ladies or for others having lesser educational backgrounds. However, it might not be true always. There are people having not acquired higher qualifications but have the potentials to earn money enough to maintain their monthly expenses by way of cooking different types of foods and offering such snacks and meals to the customers to satisfy their buds. The male partner would manage external work such as purchasing vegetable, spices and other eatable items where as his wife would take every care to make savoury dishes as per the liking of the customers. The couples might not be well educated but can earn lakhs of rupees in a month with their dedicated efforts.
If we go by the statistics of such couples in the different areas of cities in Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Indore etc, we can witness their activities surrounded with unmanageable crowds to enjoy the service of such couples.
