Frustration never to be felt as it may spoil whole the thing

Normally frustration in one possibly comes at anytime but overcoming or setting aside is highly advised.
A small incident. A construction maistry worked under a building construction contractor for many years. At one point he felt frustrated as though have constructed many houses for others he is not possessing one house for him. To his fire of frustration others pour ghee of words. One day he approached his owner and told his decision of leaving him from service. He,owner think for sometime and told him,'ok! Please construct two big houses contract in this place, as your last service to me, that too as a remembrance for me'. He requested this by telling a specific place. The maistry also accepted and finished the job with his mind filled with total frustration. On 4he finishing day he approached the owner with keys. Owner gave his settlement amount fully with love and tears and asked him to come to the plot with his family for getting respect. Maistry accepted and gone to that place with his family where the owner also came there with his family. Entire arrangements for grihapravsam made there ready. Owner told maistry that he,owner, is going to occupy one of the house. He offered respect to him as a owner of the house. Maistry felt guilty in his mind as he would have spent more effort for the owner as his frustration made him to do the work in non satisfactory level. After that function over, owner called maistry and others to the second house and told everyone that the second house have been made for the maistry and handed over the keys and asked him to proceed his grihapravsam in his presence. Maistry got ashamed with tears.

Probably considering the long time relationship with the mistry the contractor showed that gesture otherwise it is a very rare thing and I never heard such a thing in my life.
Anyway, there is a moral in the story that we might get frustration in life but we should keep patience and should not allow that frustration to create stress in us. The stress created by the frustration would only harm us as that is a negative state of mind. Frustration makes us week and affects our constructive faculties and our productivity is diminished.

    Knowledge is power.

A nice story with a good moral from the author. It is true that frustration is in no way good for the individual. One should not get frustrated by the happenings. Frustration is due to dissatisfaction. The dissatisfaction with Mistery caused him frustration. By constructing so many houses for other people Mistery is able to earn some money and is able to take care of his family. But he has forgotten this point and thought they he could not get his own house. Positively he might have taken a decision to further work hard and earn more money so that he can plan his own house. So it all depends on the way we think.
There are Masons who work day and night and earn a lot and make their own house also. So quitting the job on hand will never improve our financial position. This is a fact. If we forget it there are chances for frustration. That is why people say to think positively.

Frustration can also have a significant impact on our motivation and drive. When we feel frustrated, we may lose our enthusiasm and drive towards achieving our goals, leading to a lack of progress and further frustration.

Quite a nice thread example is presented by the author with J, which teaches a lesson. As busyness and competition to move forward are getting involved in life, similarly, the person is losing his understanding, wisdom, patience, etc., and is pushing himself towards frustration whereas a frustrated person neither himself nor the society Can give some positivity, on the contrary, it increases the trouble. With patience, the right measures can be easily taken out.

    Nice one sir,

The crux or essence of the story is that frustration can cloud our judgment and prevent us from seeing the opportunities that are available to us. The construction maistry was feeling frustrated because he had not been able to own a house of his own despite building houses for others. His frustration blinded him to the fact that his employer had a plan for him to build two houses, one for himself and one for the maistry. The maistry's frustration caused him to do his work with a lack of enthusiasm, which he later regretted. The owner of the construction company recognized the maistry's contribution and showed his appreciation by gifting him a house. The story highlights the importance of perseverance and the ability to see beyond one's immediate frustrations. It also shows the power of gratitude and the impact it can have on others.
