    Editorship is Mentorship

    Dear Editors of ISC,

First of all, apologies from my side for the extreme behaviours towards you dear editors. Hope a good teacher always forgive their naughty students. I will be a good boy and an ardent contributor today onwards.

    Thank you team ISC.

    Roshan Salim,

I do not know which extreme behaviour you are talking about. We all are students, isn't it? We are learning things from each other. Just imagine the things you have learnt so far! Is it only from the teachers during your student days? Haven't others learnt from you in any way? We all are learning and it's a continuous process as long as we wish to learn. Let that essence remains. Keep contributing and I wish you all the best.

When we register and start working in a site then it is natural that sometimes some minor misunderstandings or conflicts can arise between editors and members. There could be many reasons for that but the main reason is that editors will perform their duties as per the site rules, regulations, and policies and members will be in a hurry to get their contributions published and get remunerated in whatever way and have a satisfying time in the site.
If any member is breaking the rules, regulations, and policies then editors have to warn or try to help him to correct his ways. If the member does not agree then in extreme cases editors have no choice accept to suspend him on debar him from contributing. No editor will do that until unless the water goes above the head.

    Knowledge is power.

    Roshan Salim,
I read your thread about editors and once I want to reply but did not do. I know you are smart and ready to learn things quickly. So, I am waiting the day when you realise your mistake and today you realise your mistake. All people cannot accept their mistakes instead of doing it they blame others for the same.

Appreciate your response to accepting your fault within a couple of days. I hope the team of editors will not mind and forgive you as you have stated in your response.

    Honesty is the best policy.

On this site, everybody has a role to play. Sometimes the actions of others may cause us some pain. But we should not get angry with the person. He is doing his duty. We should amend our way so that we will not be a hindrance to others to perform their duties.
It is very nice if somebody is understanding his faults and trying to change. This thread shows that you are brave enough to accept your own faults and ready to amend them. That way you did the right thing and my appreciation to you.
Sometimes, when we are in a depressed mood we will think that the other person intentionally did it. But if we sit calmly for some time and then review the whole incident definitely we will understand that we are going in the wrong direction. So when we are emotional, we should not take any decisions and actions. We should wait and try to become normal and then only we should think about the action to be taken from our side.
