Be moderate in all aspects of your life
In civics, we have learned that our Indian constitution is neither rigid nor flexible. Similarly, it is important for us to be moderate in all aspects of our lives. Being very strong or very flexible both are not good for our lives.Moderate people are always welcome by society. We should be moderate in our nature, behaviour, eating habit, sleeping, reading, walking, etc. For example, eating too much is harmful to health similarly eating too less may cause malnutrition. It means we have to survive a balanced life.
