Be moderate in all aspects of your life

In civics, we have learned that our Indian constitution is neither rigid nor flexible. Similarly, it is important for us to be moderate in all aspects of our lives. Being very strong or very flexible both are not good for our lives.

Moderate people are always welcome by society. We should be moderate in our nature, behaviour, eating habit, sleeping, reading, walking, etc. For example, eating too much is harmful to health similarly eating too less may cause malnutrition. It means we have to survive a balanced life.

The author is right. Though the treatment to the people with moderate qualities are not respected or even considered by others, one should live a moderate life to have a peaceful day according to him. We should have certain principles for our own in our life. We should never expect other's items to possess on any account and we should be self content what we have. The additional expectation only makes us to see others and make us to loose our grip from moderate living.

Living with too much ambition is bad.Living without ambition is bad.
Yes, that's a good point. As with many things in life, having too much or too little ambition can both have negative consequences.
On one hand, having too much ambition can lead to burnout, stress, and a sense of never feeling satisfied. It can also lead to neglecting other important areas of life, such as relationships or self-care.
On the other hand, having too little ambition can lead to a lack of direction and purpose, and can result in feelings of boredom and dissatisfaction with life.
The key is to find a balance between having ambition and pursuing your goals, while also maintaining a sense of perspective and balance in your life. It's important to set realistic goals and to prioritize self-care, relationships, and other important aspects of life alongside your ambitions.

Service to mankind is service to God.

Life is a complex and complicated journey and any extreme behaviour or action done by us in this journey will only bring the disturbances and problems to us.
A balance approach is required in all of our activities and relationships in this world. It is not easy to do that but we must make all out efforts to maintain that balance in our lives.
Scholars and great saints had already mentioned certain methods to keep a balance in our lives and I will like to cover some of them here.
First thing is we must control our anger and temperament. In most of the cases our extreme actions or reactions are triggered by that. Second thing which is equally important is that we should avoid unnecessary indulgences in our lives and should enter only those terrains where we are comfortable and are confident about our activities.
Another thing which is also very useful in containing ourself to remain in the balanced zone is that we should see everything in totality and not from a biased or prejudiced perspective. When we see things in an unbiased manner then most of our problems are resolved instantaneously.

    Knowledge is power.

In general, it is true that balance and moderation are important in various aspects of life. Our Indian Constitution is an example of this, as it seeks to balance the powers of different branches of government and provides a framework for both stability and adaptability. Indian Constitution is not a book rather it is living breathing document. When constitution changes India changes, When India changes constitution changes.

Similarly, in our personal lives, it is important to find a balance in our behaviours and habits. Eating a healthy and balanced diet, getting enough rest and exercise, and managing our time effectively can all contribute to our overall well-being.

However, it's also important to note that what constitutes "moderation" can vary depending on the individual and their circumstances. For example, someone with a medical condition may need to follow a stricter diet or exercise regimen than someone who is generally healthy. So, while striving for balance and moderation can be a good guiding principle, it's also important to take into account individual needs and circumstances.

That is true. One should not be very rigid and at the same, one should not be too much flexible also. One should act based on the circumstances and also the situation there. Actually, one should follow the concept of life as 'live and let live others'. But these days we see many people ready to kill others for their living.
People who are in power are very rigid and their ultimate aim is that they and their people should become richer and richer. They never compromise on that concept. They will never think about other people.
Too much is never advisable. ( Athi Sarvartra Varjeyeth. Anywhere excess should be discarded is the meaning). We should follow this point in our life always.

Life is really a difficult journey and to bring peace in our mind, we need to strike out a balance. Too much indulgence with the different activities would certainly be injurious in maintaining the healthy relationship with our families and such deprivation could result in mental imbalance. The opposite of it - a little assignment is even not the solution.
We need to have plans to be taken up in such a way that we feel energetic with the involvements of our jobs apart from enjoying the warmth of the relationships.
In this context, how much activities are enough with which we should have indulgence or how little is to be taken to have inner satisfaction would depend upon the man concerned.
