    Points and CC earned in KC are not updated in the current balance

    I have earned some points and cash credit by contributing to the Knowledge centre. These points and CC are shown on my scoreboard. But these points and CC are not updated in total points and current balance.

    Are there a technical issue or all the points and CC would be updated after some time? If there is a technical issue I request the Webmaster to solve it.

    I can see my points and cc in the scoreboard but was not aware that it does not reflect in the balance. I will put up this issue with the Webmasters for them to check and revert.

    I am also seeing my points and cc from the section in my scoreboard. I am not aware whether they are reflecting or not in the total score and earnings. I even don't know how to check it.

    Same issue here with me. Moreover, even after writing long relevant articles (more than 400 words) as per the directions from editors and webmaster, the points and CC earned in the so called "highly focused" "Knowledge section" is meagre. Hope the editors/webmaster will take care of this too.

    I was perceiving knowledge centre in the nature of Ask Expert section only and I was expecting comparable or maybe slightly more cc and points there.
    If that is the thing then it will be prudent to give precise and concise answers and comments in the knowledge centre maybe around 100 to 200 words at the most what we were already doing in Ask Expert section.
    As the article section is still existing I think we can give the detailed information and data about a topic in form of an article there.
    As the Knowledge Centre gets popular then we will see a large number of topics there and equally large number of members responding to them in that case also it will be a natural thing that people will restrict their comment and responsive to almost the same length as they were doing in Ask Expert section.
    So far this is my understanding in the matter but members can give their views also so that webmaster and editors also can guide us accordingly.

    It means almost all the members are facing this issue. I request the webmaster to look into this matter and solve this issue as soon as possible.

    Hope the webmaster will solve the problem and will inform us for the same.
