    I request the webmaster to sort out the following issues of KC

    The members of ISC are facing the following issues about KC. I am Pointing out all the problems facing by us in a single thread:
    1. The points and CC are shown in the scoreboard but not updated in total points and current balance.

    2. The KC option is not found when we check top performers by date, week, days, etc..

    3. When we click on KC at the scoreboard to see our answer and points or CC, error 404 is found.

    4. We can't see the points and CC for the different answers provided by us at KC. We can only see on the scoreboard the total answer and total points. We cannot find how many points we receive on a particular answer.

    So, I request the Webmaster to sort out the issues.

    I just found one more issue. When we click on the next button to get more topics, it shows that the page you are looking is removed. Hence we are not able to see all the topics.

    Thanks for raising this thread which provides a list of the issues with the Knowledge Centre section. Just now I informed Tony Sir about the problem of getting an error message when I tried to post a query that was raised in the forum. I have forwarded this thread to him as well. All general teething problems when something new is launched!

    All the above problems are noticed by me also. But as the section is a new section and is in its development phase I thought it will take some time to become perfect. Probably concerned persons may be working on these issues. I hope all the issues will be addressed shortly.
    Even KC is also showing the names of some members as super contributors but when we place the cursor on one name it is not showing any points scored by that member in other sections the points scored by the members are shown there. I hope all the problems will be addressed shortly.

    A further issue- when I click on the links given under trending topics, none open. All are showing the message that the page you requested was removed.

    Point 1 is still pending. The points and CC are not getting reflected in my total points and total earnings.
    Point 4 is also still pending. We are not able to know post-wise points and cc.
    This is my observation.

    Everyone,

    The issues raised in the first and fourth points are also resolved. The points and cash credits for your KC answers should now reflect in the scoreboard. Also, when you get the email alert that your answer is approved and you click on the link that is provided in the email, with the words 'check details here', you will see the status as approved, earnings for the answer, and also the total earnings from the KC.

    If anyone is still having any issues, please let us know and we will forward the problem to Tony Sir.

    @Vandana madam,

    Only the first point has been resolved so far. The fourth point is unresolved as we cannot see our points and cash credit awarded for a particular answer. I am not getting emails when my answer for KC is approved so I am unable to use the check details here option. Other points are not resolved so far.

    But we should wait as its a new feature and take some time to resolve all the issues. I think the webmaster is working hard and we will get the result soon.

    I apologise madam because I have not submitted to KC for the last 3-4 days. I submit the answer yesterday and found that the problem is solved. So, as you have mentioned 1 and 4 points are already solved by the webmaster and I hope the remaining issues will be sorted out shortly.

    It is really very nice that one by one all the teething problems are being resolved.
    One thing that I am facing difficulty is in editing my topics that I have submitted. These are mostly one liners and in one case I by mistake submitted it partially. Now I want to correct it and I am using the edit tab for that. When I am submitting the edited thing then it is showing error message.

    Thank you very much Tony sir , as almost all the problems are sorted out. Please add the KC section at the top performer page. When we check the top performer by date, week, month or year, the KC section is not available.
