Sujaya Parvathy: The Kerala Tigress fighting terrible communists and media-house

Sujaya Parvathy is the name which has been trending on Kerala social media circles for the past few days. The lady is a senior Malayali journalist and a familiar face among the Malayalis. But why is she trending? Let us know the facts.

On 8th March 2023, Sujaya Parvathy addressed a women's conference organized by the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) in connection with International Women's Day. In a left-dominated state where even a devout Hindu is looked upon as a "Sanghi", this is a grave offence.  Further, she praised the work of the Central Government under Narendra Modi in her speech delivered there. She clearly mentioned that if attending a BMS event makes her a Sanghi, then so be it!

Immediately (within a day of the speech), Sujaya Parvathi was suspended by her employer, 24 News. In this connection, it is relevant to remember that the CEO of 24 News, Comrade Srikantan Nair, had attended many events organized by CITU. 'Fascism' is a term used by the communists to throw mud at the nationalists.  This phenomenon was clearly demonstrated in the present instance.

But, the Malayali people did not accept such brutal injustice quietly. Her suspension was met with shock and anger. Soon, protest marches were organized by the BMS to the office of 24 News. It is said that Mr. Gokulam Gopalan, one of the main shareholders of 24 News, did not approve of her suspension. A few days later, Sujaya attended another public event where she reiterated what she had said in the BMS meeting on 8th March.

The management of 24 News eventually buckled under pressure from various quarters and decided to revoke her suspension. Sujaya rejoined on 29th March 2023. On that day, she wore a saffron costume in her first news broadcast to give a clear message to the terrible media-house and communists. And, she submitted her resignation to 24 News that same night.

Needless to say, this is a tight slap to the faces of spineless communists and their lapdog media-channels. They must understand that interfering in Hindu ways of life for the sake of money won't be tolerated by the religious Malayali anymore. Many more Sujaya Parvathy-s will emerge.

Yes she is in the news and social media and a lot of information is there about her Hindu pride and she is fighting hard to keep her head high. She is an experienced journalist and knows well how to treat with these people who are against the Hindu religion and mythology.
    Knowledge is power.

Why an employer should worry about the religion of an employee. This is what I am not able to understand. In our manufacturing unit, almost 1000 people were working. We never discuss our caste there. All are the same. This type of system should be there in all organisations I feel.
BMS is a trade union and there is no rule that all members in that organisation should be Hindus only. I know a trade union in an Organisation near Hyderabad. BMS is the Majority union there and Christain employee is the president of the union and another Christian is the general secretary. So all people attending BMS meetings need not be RSS members.

To run an organisation smoothly, we need to promote the principles of the said party and that should be the main objective. Asking about the caste of an employee from the side of the employer does not appear to be logical anyway.

Now coming to the organisation of BMS, this is a reputed trade onion party and they need to follow the same doctrine giving no importance to cast credentials. There could be many followers from different castes and communities to run a party and the party should be guided by its own principles at all costs.

Mrs. Sujaya Parvathy is a great woman. She fought like a tigress and got her suspension revoked. She should not have resigned so that her fight continues. Anyhow it is up to her.

This is an example of the current scene in Kerala.
BJP is still treated as an untouchable by the political parties. In that regard the Congress and the communists and the Muslim league are in the same wagon. The only argument among them is who is more fierce in opposing and criticizing BJP.
The unbiased people have got bored of this paranoia and single point political agenda of the LDF and UDF. against BJP. There is a great think-change among the youth. The most recent example is that of Anil Antony who left Congress and joined BJP. He may not be a big vote catcher, but he is one among many indicator of changing mindset among youth of Kerala.
It is in that context we have to see Sujaya Parvathi. Her asset and USP is that she had the courage to boldly challenge the duplicity of the Kerala politicians and media-men. While no one opposed media employees joining or participating with Left, Congress or Muslim community led unions and events, they got wild and weird when someone participated in an event organised by a BJP favouring organisation or union. While till now the employees budged and either avoided attending or covering BJP favour events and organisations, and kept a low profile due to fear psychosis, it was the bold Sujaya Parvathi who called a spade a spade and told that it is her freedom and right as a journalist to cover any event.

Unfortunately there is a lack of a charismatic leader for the BJP in Kerala. All the current leaders are lack-lustered, half hearted ones mostly interested in keeping and continuing their positions and enjoying all the favour that comes with it.
The genuine workers especially the energetic and sincere youth workers of BJP i n Kerala are frustrated . Kerala is urgently i need of a youth leader like Tejaswi Surya of Karnataka. It is in this juncture that Sujaya Parvathi and Anil Antony has come to BJP.

If the BJP leaders can sincerely and efficiently utilise these two and more charismatic youth coming to the party, then there is every hope for BJP for success in Kerala.
The people are quite fed up with UDF and LDF and they are yearning for a change and are yearning for a charismatic and pragmatic leader with youthful spirit.

    O. Rajagopal's legacy will definitely be carried forward. As Venkiteswaran Sir has mentioned, the people are changing and LDF-UDF will get a bitter taste of this change in the next election.

KVRR Sir has astutely tried to dilute the ferocious ideological fight of Sujaya Parvathy as a personal fight, but definitely some people do understand.

BTW, a Malayali lady was telling me yesterday: "Wayanad has permanently gone from Congress." Why does this remark suddenly come to my mind?

    (a) Those who have forgotten Noakhali, how can they protest Sandeshkhali?
    (b) Have no fear of perfection - you'll never reach it. ---------- Salvador Dali
