Public examination question papers leakage is bringing down the morale of the students

A student will have a lot of pressure while attending the examinations. The public examinations are going to decide the future of the students. They prepare well for those examinations by taking all pains and trying to do well. The government and the concerned authorities should take all precautions that are necessary to see that these examinations are conducted well without any problems.

But these days we hear about public examination papers leakage. Last year there was an incident of question paper leakage in Andhra Pradesh. This year the SSC papers were leaked in Telangana. Such incidents are making the students dull and they are in dark without knowing what is happening.

Unfortunately, the governments concerned are not taking the necessary steps to stop such incidents. They are trying to escape by throwing the blame at somebody. The ruling and opposition parties are trying to use this as a chance for them to blame each other.

A student who studies hard will definitely get dejected by such incidents. What are the views of other members on this subject?

This is a serious issue and government has to tighten the situation and bring the culprits to books. Examination paper leak creates a lot of inconvenience for the students as well as for those who are engaged in the process of examination. There are some black sheeps among the teachers and staff who are involved in the examination paper making and distribution process and due to their evil plans we all are suffering.
Until and unless there is rigourous punishment for such a thing the situation is not going to improve.

Definitely, there's leakage of question paper from a long time but there are instances where the government took initiative to halt this evitable situation by postponding the date of examination and cancellation of examination. There have been news few months back that a group of students used fake Identity Card to enter into examination hall to avail the seat of someone's else. The examination centre was cancelled and necessary arrest were made in order to spread awareness among people and society. Public servants are doing their best in curbing such malpractices of cheating, fraud and corruption. Student's are not at fault who are devoted to crack the examination and indeed it's unfair on behalf of them. The best that can be done is strict vigilance and biometric system to enter in the examination hall. These days photocopying has become an art and it's very difficult between original and duplicate identity card. Presence of hallmark can help in distinguishing it.

We are taking utmost care to conduct the examinations with fair ways so that students should not suffer for reappearing next time for the same examination. If that happens so, it would impact their morales to a greater extent apart from demoralising them. Moreover frustration might develop thinking that the next examination might not be smooth.
Leakage of papers for any examination s due to involvement of bad elements in the examination process and they are doing this for their own benefits.
What is needed in this situation is to punish them severely to arrest the attitudes of the black sheeps.

Public examination question papers leakage is a serious problem that can have a demoralizing effect on students. When students learn that the question papers have been leaked, they may feel that their hard work and efforts to prepare for the exam have been in vain. They may also feel a sense of unfairness and frustration that others may have an advantage over them.

Moreover, the practice of question paper leaks undermines the integrity and credibility of the examination system as a whole. It can lead to a loss of trust and confidence in the examination system, and can erode the value of the degrees or qualifications obtained through such examinations.

It is important for authorities to take strong and effective measures to prevent question paper leaks, such as improving security and surveillance, implementing stricter penalties for those involved in such activities, and conducting investigations to identify and prosecute those responsible. By doing so, they can help to ensure a fair and equitable examination process, and uphold the integrity and value of educational qualifications.
