Focus, concentration, and sustained efforts are the building blocks of success. Today we are living in an age of tough competition and the younger generation is very well aware of that. Another thing is that we are also living in an age of specialisation and every subject has many sub subjects and branches where tremendous development and innovations are going on. So for the young people there is no choice except to work hard and then make a career in this competitive world. There is no substitute for hard work.

There are young people who concentrate and focus on their work for achieving success. At the same time, there are young people who never concentrate on their work but want to earn money somehow or other. That is the reason we are saying so many scams and crimes in the country. Some young people are lucky to get crores of money from their parents and grandparents. They happily spend that money and enjoy their lives. In their late 30s only they may start thinking about doing something which will give them huge money. There are all types of people in this world.
In fact, I feel this generation of young people are very lucky as they are getting excellent support in all respect from their parents. Both father and mother go to work and earn and see that there will be enough money for their children to lead a happy life.
At the same time, as mentioned by the author there are many young people who are trying their best to come up in their life with their concentrated and focused hard work.

There are different types of people around us. Some people are easy going but at the same time, they would like to earn crores of rupees even though they don't have any inclinations for the hard work. They would resort to short cut methods without minding their jobs doing through unfair means so that enough money is generated ultimately. This short cut methods have their own side effects such as caught red handed by the police for their narcotics activities or evading taxes thus attracting the income tax authorities or constant chasing up banking officials in connection with their non payment of debts and so forth.
Let us think of other sections fully dedicated to their jobs and with their sustained efforts they are completely successful in their own jobs. They ultimately become the source of inspiration for the youngsters and the younger generations would like to earn both money and fame with their unique methods of working. In fact, the former type of people can contribute to the society in the different spheres.
