Minimum 10 valid articles approved Clause in Adsense Criteria

Dear Webmaster & editors of ISC,

When I am checking my adsense eligibility profile of ISC, it is seen that Minimum 10 valid articles approved in the resource section is set as a selection criteria.

Knowledge Centre being the focus are of the new gen ISC, should this continue to be one of the eligibility criteria. As on date, I have published almost 43 valid articles in the Knowledge Centre.

Moreover, my profile photo is pending verification.

Kindly look in to this matter.

For your information, in the Knowledge Centre, you are not posting any valid articles but adding content in the form of answers which is quite different from posting an article.

One has to fulfil five out of six criteria before applying for the AdSense account. At present, you have fulfilled one criterion and I am sure you will do the rest in due course. Though the focus is now on Knowledge Centre and RSBs will be calculated on April 23 based on the contributions there it will take some time to generate AdSense revenues from the new section.

There is no need to worry about this and when the time comes we will be notified by the Webmaster if there is a change in the clause for Google AdSense approval. You need to remain active for at least 6 months before you apply for AdSense and since you joined ISC on March 23 you can post ten good-quality articles during the remaining period. Remember, the Article section is still there and one can contribute education-related articles in that section from which they will get AdSense revenues if they have an approved AdSense account. I have found you have one approved article there and you can post the rest nine if you are patient enough and willing to contribute to that section.

Verification of your profile photo will not be an issue and if you can fulfil the other five criteria you don't even require the profile photo to be verified.

Roshan, your profile photo has been approved now. Coming to the point of ten articles, I don't think there is any requirement of interference now. Contributions to Knowledge Centre will be added as a criteria for AdSense later once the section settles down.

It is good to note that adding content to the Knowledge Centre also will be added as a criterion for Adsense. Many members are active in this section and hope it will go stronger in the coming days.

Absolutely right sir, Knowledge Centre is where now most of the articles are coming. In my personal opinion, I am posting contents in Knowledge Centre thinking that it is equally important as the resource section and moreover it is the best thing I can do to revive ISC. The articles are content oriented and most of them are lengthy articles. So it is always a good idea that Knowledge Centre be added as a criterion for Adsense from ISC. Eventhough I have Adsense from my blogs, I personally have an inclination towards adsense from ISC as it was something special to me from my college days itself. As Saji sir said, hope the webmaster will consider our request. Thanks for the support.
