Why is Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal not taking action on the liquor issue?

    Possible Reason:

If there is a liquor issue in Delhi and the Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal, is not taking action, there could be several reasons for this. It is possible that he is not aware of the issue, or he may not see it as a priority at this time. It is also possible that there are legal or bureaucratic obstacles that are preventing him from taking action.

    Suggestions:

In any case, if you are concerned about this issue, it may be helpful to reach out to local representatives or advocacy groups who can help bring attention to the issue and put pressure on the government to take action. Additionally, you may consider contacting the Chief Minister's office directly to voice your concerns and urge him to take action on the matter.

I think he is in a fix now. He was also called for an enquiry by ED. Being the Chief Minister of that region, how he sits calmly without making any comments and without taking action. Probably, he may be thinking that there is nothing wrong from his side and unnecessarily, the Governemnt of India is making all these issues. He is not even trying to prove that he is innocent. Corruption has become very common these days. Nobody bothers about that. A few people only are worried. Nobody cares for those people. Unless otherwise, the public comes out and votes against these corrupt leaders, nothing is going to happen, I think.

There might be a political turn in case he takes up this issue aggressively to sort out the liquor problem.,Already he is under pressure due to jail term of Sisodia in charge of liquor menace in the state. His activity in the same area actively could reflect otherwise from the political pandits and hence he is rather neutral in this issue.
Delhi people have seen how he is managing effectively in the different areas and within the short stint of his administration, people are satisfied with the roles of Aam Aadmi Party but the present situation is a ticklish situation and they need to move cautiously to maintain their image. Hope they will come out from the present impasse.

What action Mr. Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi can take? There is a CBI inquiry going on. Mr. Kejriwal himself was asked by the CBI to appear before it for questioning. Once the inquiry is completed and an FIR is lodged, the Court will decide whether any scam as voiced by the Lieutenant Governor took place or not. Until then nothing becomes clear in this issue.

Kejriwal, the modern day Mahatma (as told by Raghav Chadha), can't take any action again corruption. He can only conspire against the PM like the older Mahatma used to do against Netaji Subhash
