Sometimes error message is coming when we submit our answer. By going back and again clicking on submit button the content is getting submitted. Yesterday once or twice, this happened to me also. Afterwards, there is no issue. Today I have not tried so far in that section.

Can you see the topic under My Answers? Look into the topic again and see whether your answer is shown there.

When I tried to submit a new topic in the Knowledge Centre, I noticed that the box provided for submitting was quite narrow, making it difficult for me to write. As a result, I opted to write my submission in Microsoft Word and then copy and paste it into the box. Unfortunately, when I tried to submit my entry, an error message appeared and prevented me from doing so.

Hi, the TOPIC is supposed to be just a title. You may have tried to prepare a long content on MS Word and copy-pasted the same into the TOPIC field. You cannot have a long text there. Just type only the subject.
If you want to post a long content, submit the topic title in the TOPIC field. Once the TOPIC is approved by the Admin, you can add your remaining content as Answer.

hi Indu,
I don't think you understood the concept of Knowledge Center section yet. You are still posting Topics with some hyperlinks in it.
The KC section has 2 aspects:
1. Post Topic - these are just subjects/topics/titles. This should not have anything other than a title or question.
2. Post Answer - this is were you post the answers or detailed content for the topic.
You may post topics yourself and once it is approved, you can post answers to it. Do not post answers/links/content along with the topic (title).
