I think the author is very right. In fact, this is the answer for the thread Fate of Indian Education & Employment of Youth by 2030

Educational institutions should produce more employers than employees. Entrepreneurship quality is to be developed in the youth. Instead of searching for a government job, youth should think of creating wealth in the most desirable way so that they can show some ways to others to earn.

Simply learning theory is not going to get you anything. One should develop some skills and should be updating their knowledge and should be knowing the developments. Technical competence is going to be very important in the coming days.

What the author has indicated is very pertinent point and the both the scholars and government bodies should sit together to evolve a realistic policy to take care of the needs of the students of the upcoming time. The scenario is changing fast and we can see that ordinary graduates are now no more in demands unless they have acquired some skills in the form of certifications, diplomas etc.
in nut shell, the job market is likely to be tough and the aspirants would do better if they understand the nerve of the future demands. They need to gear up themselves to align themselves with demands of future. Prior to the present time, aspirants were satisfied with the acquisition of degree in computer engineering but now this degree alone not enough, they would be required to have skills in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics to fit in the job market.
Skills are to be raised according to the market situations.

The author posed a question and answered it himself. The curriculum of a course is changed from time to time in consultation with the industry and also with an eye on the changing needs. The institutions are also taking necessary steps to impart skills to the students by conducting special courses. The students themselves are acquiring skills according to the job market. Overall, in our country, the students, institutions, and industry are doing a good job.

Changing job markets is the result of a robust Indian education system. Indian education system provides academic discipline to study and master one particular subject and get a job either in academics or administrative depending upon eligibility criteria and merit. It's very difficult to foretell what will happen to youths passing out graduation because India is a country where educated unemployment persists. Nowadays, we get to hear, don't be a job seeker but be a job giver. This statement doesn't change the fact that there is a dearth and scarcity of jobs. The best way to get out of this vicious cycle is to prepare for government competitive examinations. Nevertheless, it's tough but I am sure if we get a grasp at the base level and concepts, we can surely ace the examination with flying colours. Even if a person is not interested in government jobs, it's better to stick to one thing which can provide a smooth if not a clear path to sustain livelihood peacefully with less changes in job position. Education is the pillar on which ignorance and limitations are put to halt.
If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything.

Yes , todays job market does not need marks alone but rather skills particularly networking. I am a student doing my Bachelors program in Marketing Communication and Advertising with the University of Wollongong in Dubai. UOWD competently believes individual development on a full level. We work with new skills and new learnings that allows us to cope up with the work and challenges during this phase.

Good to see so much information about this topic. As mentioned I strongly agree on the part that education must lead to develop good options for fulfillment of jobs and entrepreneurship. The future would be truly lead by the education then.
