Why some of the answers in knowledge center looks like AI-generated?

I was browsing through the answers in the knowledge center and noticed that some of the answers were robotic type and didn't look like written by a human. I just used an AI detection tool on some of the answers and it was true. Some authors are using ChatGPT to write their answers in Knowledge Center, which is a shortcut to make money. I won't name any author here but some of the answers are just copy paste from ChatGPT without any modifications.

I don't know how will such content affect the website in the long run because such content usually passes a plagiarism check. If Google comes up with any algorithm that downgrades AI content then ISC will surely be affected. Just wanted to inform this to everyone because it can affect ISC.

When we are working on a platform. we should not do any activity that may spoil the reputation and progress of the platform. All members should know this. As far as I am concerned, so far I never used ChatGPT and even I don't know how it works.

People can read the information available from different sources on the subject and based on the knowledge they gained, an answer can be made. But reproducing something directly here from other sources is not correct and no one should do that in my opinion. Even though as of now we may be safe but one day or another the facts may come out, in my opinion.

These are my views but not aimed at any individual, please.

Copy-paste is not allowed and it is plagiarism. I agree with Dr Rao that people search on the net to get knowledge for particular topics but should write the answers in their own words. I think the editors check any answer or post before approval.

I do not have much knowledge about AI. I am only familiar with names and some formal information. If it is correct that some answers are AI-generated then it is not for ISC. I hope that Webmaster will find a solution to this problem.

    Honesty is the best policy.

A good point raised by the author. Today there are many AI tools which can be used to find the answer to a query or question. It is not a big deal but if someone takes that and submits it as an answer then it is definitely an offence. Taking information from the internet from various sources as well as AI channels is not a bad thing but one has to write everything in ones own way then only it will be accepted as a creative writing. Experts in this field are suggesting that we should make the answer in a personalised tone mentioning things from our experience or opinions rather than flatly mentioning things in a robotic manner. One thing very important in creative writing is that every author has his own individual style which no one can copy and one should maintain ones style to make ones work look as authentic individual work.
    Knowledge is power.
