Girls are doing better than boys in Exams?

Although,it is not accurate to generalize and say that girls are doing better than boys in all exams. However, there have been studies that suggest that, on average, girls perform slightly better than boys in academic settings.
The reasons for this are complex and multifaceted. One factor is that girls tend to have better study habits and are more organized and disciplined in their approach to learning. Additionally, girls tend to have better verbal and written communication skills, which can be an advantage in many academic subjects.
Another factor that may contribute to girls' academic success is that they are often socialized differently than boys and may receive more encouragement and support for academic achievement from parents, teachers, and peers.
It is important to note that there are many individual differences among students, and gender is just one of many factors that can influence academic performance. It is also important to avoid making broad generalizations about groups of people based on their gender, as each person is unique and should be evaluated on their own merits and abilities.

That deviation gone now. Many students at the present scenario have got perfectly addicted to mobile phones etc., and only really excelling students irrespective of gender are coming to bright level. To get excel in education, especially in the present scenario, the following are tools:
    * Students themselves should understand their liability
    * Parents should co operate them in their regular sitting for education without letting them totally free or neglecting them either in the terms of 'no time' or 'not disturbing them'.
*Parents should not expect the children to excel themselves in activities other than education.

The motivating factor behind the performance of kids would depend upon how much interest the parents are taking in the shaping the careers of their kids without making any discrimination of genders. We have seen many parents never minding any favours for a particular gender but they would like to see that their children would be optimistic and curious in each and every activity with their due guidance.
These sensible parents remain in touch with their kids taking their feed backs related to numerous aspects including their studies. The kids will certainly follow their instructions if there is the intense bond of intimacy between the parents and kids. They would follow exactly what their parents want to say.
Now taking about the girl's attitude, she remains much close to her mother and she enjoys this association a little more than her brothers and with the association of her mother's closeness she ultimately becomes better in the communication- skills.
However the same thing does not hold good in all the cases and excelling in any field calls for individual efforts regardless of gender characteristics.

In some of the examinations, that trend is seen. But not in all examinations. My personal opinion is that girls are more responsible than boys. That is why these days many parents feel better with daughters than sons. The capability of ladies is much better than gents. This may be due to their multi-tasking abilities. That is why these days we are seeing ladies also in highly responsible positions and they are able to manage the issues with more ease than gents.
Many boys are also performing well. But on average, the success rate in females is more than that of males in almost all fields.
Communication skills are very important in the present society. But I am not getting convinced to the point that girls will have better communication skills than boys. It differs from person to person and depends on the way they were brought up, but not gender specific.
