I checked the article. Editors have their own methods to detect content that is not original, in the sense that it may be spun, AI-generated, etc. It looks like the content of this article contains points that could be applied to learning any language, and you have simply put it for learning French. So do not merely 'borrow' points from other resources and swap content to suit the topic that you are submitting.
