Sleep is really a boon to some people

Many among us complaining that they have no proper sleeping. Some approaches doctor for sleeping dose.
One doctor of naturopathy suggests to keep some garlic cloves under the pillow while sleeping to have a good sleep.
Some people start to sleep immediately fall on bed. I am of this type.
Some do not waste their time and start sleeping when traveling in bus or train for shortt duration.
Some do not care about surrounding sounds but sleep well. Some of us expects to switch off all lights and expect good silence.
Yesterday when I travel 7 hours train journey in day time train, a person sat next to me slept well by sitting that too with super sound sleep. When I got down i really appreciated his sleeping without thinking his sound sleep as disturbed.

In commando training, the instructors always teach to learn to sleep wherever possible, whenever you get the opportunity. The more you sleep, the more you will be active both mentally and physically.

There is a saying in Telugu which means sleep never knows comfort. If you are really feeling sleepy you can even sleep sitting in the afternoon in a cement chair in a park in the hot sun also. This is what that proverb tells us. But many people complain really about sleeplessness. This is because of the stress or anxiety they have in their mind and they will see the doctor for this problem. A doctor may give some sedatives which will make the mind calm so that sleep will come. But using such medicines may result in some side effects and also the person will get accustomed to using such medicines.
A man who is not greedy and have satisfaction in what he /she had will get sleep easily. But people who are not happy with what they have may have to spend many sleepless nights. I agree with the author that it is a boon to get sleep easily.

Sleep is important for everyone. It is a necessary thing for good health.
This post reminded me that sleep is also an important matter for students who neglect their sleeping hours under the pressure of studies. That sometimes might affect their performance in the exam.
Students should take care of their sleep patterns and should take at least a sleep of 6 hours per day.

Deprivation of sleep in the long run has its severe side affects on the entire body. We can break the normal cycle of sleep sometimes due to multiple reasons such as some one close to us is sick needing our personal attention or we are ourselves in night shifts in our organisations. If the duration of normal sleeps is disturbed for long, it will manifest in other ways such as elevation of blood pressure, forgetfulness or even inviting heart problems.
We have to identify the real cause of such disturbances and remedy must follow accordingly to save our health.

I agree. Sleep is a boon to many people. It can help improve mood, concentration, and productivity. It can also help reduce stress and improve overall health. Getting enough sleep is essential for our physical and mental health. Most adults need around 7-8 hours of sleep per night. However, some people may need more or less sleep, depending on their individual needs.
