I don't think there is any restriction for you to post answers/ topics in Knowledge Centre. But if you want to post this query again to the KC then it is not going to add any value to that section. Please be aware of what Knowledge Centre is all about where you can post topics related to "education, admission, campus life, competitive exams, higher studies, overseas education, education loan or anything related to studying in schools/colleges". Moreover, the same topic has already been discussed earlier and I provided the links to those topics in your earlier post. Please refer to them.
