I have Rs 2399 cash credits in my account. How can I receive payment for the same?It has been long time I am visiting back to ISC. I would highly appreciate your response.

Welcome back! Please refer: Important Announcement Regarding Financial Liability
- As per this policy announced in 2019 if you did not log in to your ISC account for a year, then your profile will be marked as inactive which means that whatever you earned in terms of cash credits and points will be cancelled if you had a balance between the last time you logged in and today.
As of now, you seem to have a small balance only, as indicated by the Tab of 'Gifts and Awards' on your profile page. You could start contributing again and get to the eligible payment level, then fill up the invoice, and submit it (as an ISC alumni who has received payments earlier, you will be aware of this process).
In re-starting your contributions, please stay updated on the numerous changes that have taken place at ISC, by checking out all the red-pinned threads at the top of the forum. Let us know if you require further guidance.

Welcome Back. There are many changes on this site and the focus is on education only knowledge Centre is a new edition where people can contribute and earn money. Anyhow, you are an old member and it is not very difficult to understand the changes once you go through the site and by going through the pinned messages as advised by Vandana. The gifts and rewards tab in your profile shows expired credits. As per the announcement done by ISC the unclaimed cash credits of inactive members have been expired.
You can again start contributing and and be active once in a while to get the payment voucher on reaching the minimum payment threshold.
