There are many forum posts in this site including the above as mentioned by the editor and you can go through them to find the process for rectification of such problems.
Please note that you will be having many certificates and marksheet and other documents with you like caste certificate or birth certificate and the name should be consistent across them. It might be possible that in one of those only the name is incorrectly mentioned so you will have to change in that only either from the agency or institution from where it was issued or through a legal affidavit countersigned by court magistrate.

This is not wrong as the pronunciation and spelling differ from place to place in respect of names of individuals. It is good to get corrected in Aadhar as well as in all other certificates and documents. It is our duty to have similarity in all documents for our own benefit without commenting others.
In your case you can confirm whether the aadhaar name is correct and if so, you can approach the school authorities to get the name changed in the mark memo.
If your school memo contains correct spelling, you can approach any e-center or aadhaar center in your area to get the aadhaar corrected.

Of course, consistency is required to be maintained in al the certificates under our possession. Since you have indicated that you could mark discrepancy in your name in your class ten board certificate where no gap was maintained in relation to your middle name and the last surname. Hence it requires rectification from where it has occurred. Meet your Principal with your Aadhaar card as a proof this. He will help you to get it corrected through the office of the board with your photo copy of your Aadhar Card.
You will get your corrected copy within a couple of weeks.

It is better to correct the certificate and one should have the same name on all the certificates. There are two ways to get the correction made. In the 10th class certificate of my elder son, there was an unwanted space in the surname. Immediately after receiving the certificate, I noticed the same as soon as we received the same and I went and met the principal of that school and showed him. He took the certificate and a letter from me asking for the correction. Then he forwarded the same to the board. The board corrected the same and sent us a fresh certificate with the correct name. As we noticed immediately it was done very fast. So you can approach your school headmaster and give him a representation and get the correction made.
Otherwise, you have to contact an advocate in your area and he will arrange for an affidavit and then for a Gazette publication. You can try any of the above two to get the correction made.
