    Why my forum thread got deleted?

    I posted a thread here in the forum regarding the current politics. It looks like the thread has been removed. There was some healthy discussion going on in that thread. There was nothing abusive or any sort of objectionable content in it.

    What can be the reason behind such abrupt deletion? Is political discussion not allowed here?

    Forum is now restricted to Education related topics only

    Ajay Gupta Ji,

    I request you open the above link and go through the thread. In this thread, the Webmaster informed all the members that threads related to education only will be allowed in this section. It was also mentioned that topics related to Politics, religion, drugs, and movies will not be entertained. Probably, that may be the reason your thread on politics is deleted. Anyhow, this is my thinking only.

    The concerned Editor may come out if any other reason is there.

    I did feel very disheartened when your political science-based thread got deleted. Within a few hours of its existence, the unfortunate thread generated three healthy responses from two members who are actually interested in political science.

    If you are not aware yet, I would like to repeat that Forum is now restricted to Education related topics only.

    'Politics, religion, drugs, movies - they are all a big "NO". We will be using SocialVillage.in as a platform for such topics'. Don't get disheartened. Do register in Social Village and there you can post topics which are not related to education.
