SARAL online platform for gathering students data in Maharashtra state

In the state of Maharashtra, the state Govt has provided
the SARAL (Systematic Administrative Reforms for Achieving & Learning by Students)
    online facility
    .
This portal was developed by the Govt agency - National Informatics Centre.
The platform gathers information about the schools in the state and the schools are required to update their student data in it. Students can log in on the portal and their Aadhar number is also linked with it.
The Maharashtra Education Department gets all the information about students from this portal and can act based on that.
It is mentioned that common activities like transfer certificates can also be applied on this portal and the school will issue them online.
Are you aware of this system? Do members want to add any information in this regard?

It is a good initiative from the Government of Maharastra. https://eideas.nic.in/eideas/ is a website developed by National Informatics Centre. This website is a registry in which we will find all educational institutions registered in our country. This is being maintained by the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.
The website mentioned by the author is the official website of the School Education and Sports Department, Government of Maharashtra. If any student is having any queries he can send an email to educom-mah@mah.gov.in and the concerned will take action deemed fit.
I heard that some other states also have a similar site for making information about schools and other educational institutions information available to all citizens on a single platform.

I am not aware of any similar portal by other state Govt. If any member has information one can share that here for the benefit of students or other interested persons.
    Knowledge is power.
