    Are both sentences correct?

As human beings, we don't know how our future will be. But we will be preparing ourselves for the future and at the same we will be seeing that our children will do well in their education and settle well in a job or business so that their future will be good and happy. This can be said as we are making our children ready for their future or we are making ourselves ready for the future.

I was in Gawlior for 4 days and came back today. While coming back somewhere I have seen the sentence ' Preparing future ready' as a tagline.

'Preparing for the future' is what generally we use. But here they used 'preparing future ready'. Are these two sentences mean the same? I like the experts on this site to enlighten me. Are both sentences correct?

'Preparing future ready' and 'Preparing for the future': These two are phrases, not sentences, because these two don't have any verb. Without verb, sentence cannot be formed.

The phrase 'Preparing for the future' can be used as a slogan. 'Preparing future ready' is meaningless even as a slogan.

    (a) Those who have forgotten Noakhali, how can they protest Sandeshkhali?
    (b) Have no fear of perfection - you'll never reach it. ---------- Salvador Dali

As per my understanding (of course after referring some resources elsewhere) both are correct but they are having slightly different meanings.
The first is a general sentence that we have to prepare for future and simply means that whatever we do should be seen in light of its utility later. We all follow it in our activities.
The second sentence is used in business environment or even in our learnings where we have to adopt newer and innovative practices in our work or learning processes so that we would survive and stand tall in the rapidly changing world around us. The second sentence is suitable as a tagline as it is emphasising something vehemently.

As far as understanding -preparing for the future, we are taking care of this aspect both for ourselves and our children. We always try to the maximum extent to save our hard earned money to be utilised in our old ages. Even we would like to see our children in the top most positions in terms of career and for this we require massive funds to support his educational and other needs. At least, we all are doing this for our families.
To my opinion- preparing future ready', we are doing everything to face the future successfully with our enhanced knowledge and other resources to meet the future's challenges.

Thank you all for your input.
Actually as mentioned by Umesh the second one is a tagline. The something I have mentioned in my thread. Only thing I thought we ourselves can get ready for the future but we may not be able to alter the future.

We can only prepare for a better future by taking proper actions at present. But future is not in our hands. Anything can happen and things might turn very differently in future. We have no power to alter anything because there are a number of factors that decide the future. What the most we can do is do things correctly and precisely for shaping a good future or meeting the future challenges.
