    Teacher's Day- Let us remember our teachers

    Today, the 5th of September is observed as Teacher's Day in India to commemorate the birthday of Dr S. Radhakrishnan, the philosopher, scholar and the first Vice-President of India. Teacher's Day is observed to acknowledge the contribution of teachers to the society and their role in guiding and nurturing young minds to become responsible citizens of India.

    Let us pay our respects to all the teachers and thank them for all that they have done to shape our future.

    Also, let us take this opportunity to remember our favorite teachers or some special moments associated with teacher-student relationship.

    I am thankful to all my teachers helping me always in understanding the basics of the subjects and they were always prepared to resolve my doubts whenever I approached them with the some queries. I get immediate help in wiping out my doubts due to their painstaking efforts. This observation was applicable to all our teachers right from primary level to my college days.
    During my childhood days, private tuitions were not so popular and the teachers concentrated their jobs on providing the pupils with the skills they needed for understanding the basics of the chapters.
    Though with the time, we could observe some changes in their attitudes due to their engagement in the tuitions apart from their regular activities in the schools/ colleges but still they are seen to take interest in their students if they have any queries in relation to their doubts about their subjects.

    The contribution of teachers to shaping our lives is significant and I am grateful to all my teachers who helped me in different phases of life. Not only are they in schools and colleges, but they are also around us teaching things in various ways and situations. The intention to learn things is very important and to quench our thirst for learning we will be able to meet various teachers as long as we wish to learn.

    On this occasion, my tribute to all the teachers who came into my life at different times.

    We will see different teachers in different phases of our life. The first teacher is our mother who holds our hand and makes us walk. The second teacher is our father. He makes us understand the world. Then comes our formal education and teachers in primary school, high school, college and university. Even while working and during our entire lives we will be learning many things from our colleagues and many more. They are also our teachers. A teacher is the sculptor of tomorrow's society. The students today in the class are doctors and engineers. scientists politicians etc. They are the members of the society.
    A real teacher will never have any bias towards any teacher and always share his knowledge with all the students equally. How much a student absorbs from the teachings of the teacher may be different from student to student.
    I wish all the members of this ISC a happy teachers' day. On this occasion, I pay my respects to all Gurus in my life so far and I owe a lot to all of them.

    On the occasion of Teachers Days, I am grateful to all my teachers who consistently helped me to achieve the goal of life. We all are incomplete without a good teacher.
    As we know Teachers help students in various ways, depending on the educational level, subject matter, and individual needs of the students. So, teachers are not just educators; they are mentors, guides, and facilitators of personal growth. They have a profound impact on the lives of their students and the broader society, shaping the future by nurturing the potential of each individual.
