International Heart Day, today, 29th September 2023
Today, 29th September is observed as an International Heart Day and many Heart Specialists gave various advises to keep our heart in a well manner.Accordingly,
• Smoking is to be completely avoided as Heart problems are more in case of smoking persons than others. It is because of the level of oxygen going to heart is poor for those who smokes. Moreover the chances of problems are more to the persons by side of smokers too.
• Sitting in the same place for more hours to be completely avoided and frequent walking in the middle is advisable
• Consuming more fiber foods is advisable
• Consumption of excess salt is to be avoided
• Keeping the level of cholesterol, glucose (sugar), Blood Pressure in control is highly expected
• Practicing Yoga, Meditation is good and keeping the weight of the body under control is essential.
• Regular exercise, walking is essential
• Following a correct timing is food taking is a must in our daily routine
• Consuming vegetables, Sunflower oil , Corn, Meat without fat, Olive oil leads a good heart
• Laughing is a good medicine as it releases the stress of mind which is main cause for Heart Problems.
