Observation helps in the growth of a student

Every student should observe all the happenings in and around them, and their family and the teachers should also notice the students minutely. Such an observation helps to create a bond among themselves, and it helps further in the learning and teaching process.

For the students, observation proves to be a source of better learning; on the contrary, the guides get to know the child better, and it helps to note how to handle a particular student. Every learner is different, so sometimes, teaching and managing the kid needs to be different. One method cannot apply to every student. On the family and teachers' part, a silent observation is the need to guide a student fruitfully.

The teaching fraternity should not put all the stress on teaching a subject, but to an extent, must choose the proper method to teach the students according to their understanding and capability. Thus, they need to observe, and the same must be at home. It will help a good number of students to learn better.

Teachers should observe every student carefully, and talk to him so that he can understand the standard of the student. Many teachers while teaching in the class will be observing all the students and if they feel somebody is not following the lesson, he will make that student get up and answer the questions. This will make all the students to be alert in the class. By observing a student keenly, teachers will assess the strengths and weaknesses of the students. That will help them to adopt proper methods and make the student get over his weaknesses.
At the same time, students should also be alert and concentrate on learning. They should always be observing what is happening around them. This will help them to understand the nature of people and other students. Observations are always important for a person to be successful.
I think parents should also be observing how their children and studying and how they are behaving with teachers, classmates and relatives and if necessary they should teach their kinds the right ways always.

Learning to a student come from various sources and activities. One of the sources is observation. A minute and precise observation is an asset to a student as it provides a lot of insight about the activities going around.
Habit of observing and analysing makes a person wise and helps him to take good decisions in his or her life. Without observation a person would be dumb and ignorant which is a negative attribute and would affect his or her existence in this competitive world.
It is imperative that students should not ignore the things happening around but keenly observe them and find out the logic and reasoning behind each and every activity and that would eventually make them rational and accurate in their activities and approach.

    Knowledge is power.

Observation is utmost important everywhere. Keen observation of students by the teacher makes him/her a successful teacher. Similarly, a students who observes his surroundings minutely, becomes successful in his/her life.

In this connection, I would like to remember the famous Indian entomologist and naturalist Gopal Chandra Bhattacharya (August 1895 – April 1981). This remarkable man had no formal college degree, but did a lot of valuable research in his field, only with the help of his keen observation power. His papers were regularly published in The Nature and other international scientific journals. This man with no college degree was awarded D.Sc. for his invaluable research work based on his keen observation and extraordinary ptience.
