Attending Practice examinations is essential for a student

Students of these times are facing tremendous competition and they have to put in a lot of effort to be successful in all their endeavours.

Very good planning is required especially to be successful in competitive examinations. Students should plan their preparations for the examination well in advance and follow the same without any deviations. Just studying the material and understanding the subject is not sufficient for their success. They have to plan their time in the examination hall and they have to work out a strategy.

Many coaching institutes will help the students in this respect. They conduct many practice tests and see that all their students will attend those mock tests. That will give the student a good understanding of writing their examination. I feel attending as many mock tests as possible by the students will make them face the examination well.

Yes, attending mock tests is essential for success in examinations. Mock test gives the examinee proper idea about the pattern of the question-paper in the Board examination, helps the examinee to chalk out a plan to attempts questions in the final examination and helps in time management.

Nowadays many websites earn money arranging mock tests for the registered users and evaluating their Mock test answer-scripts. In earlier days, we used to solve test papers for the Board examinations.

Very true, practice makes a man perfect. Mock tests are the best practice tools for the students to assess their present status of learning in any topic or subject.
I remember that after doing my UG course I was trying to appear in some competitive examinations. At that time online facilities were not available and mock test was just like a dream. What we did at time was to buy some guide books where question papers belonging to earlier years were available. We used to solve those questions. Sometimes we were lucky to get some more questions in some other book or in some question bank and that helped us to do more and more practice.
At that time that practice helped us immensely and our performance in the exam also improved significantly.
So self tests and assessment is a great activity and students should give it a priority.

Knowledge is power.
