Parents must become the best psychological support
Going through the newspaper regularly usually leaves a sad and bothersome impact. Suicide cases by the students preparing for engineering and medical entrance exams are increasing. I have a question for the parents: what is more important- their child's career or life? Giving the best opportunity to their child is a dream of every parent, and in return, they expect their child to be successful in everything they do.The expectation is okay until their child is strong enough to bear the burden of preparation. It can take a terrible turn when the child fails to overcome the load of competitive examinations and the expectations of their family. Sending to a coaching centre in another city fails parents to understand the mental condition of their child. When the child is not fairing well, they require a healthy and loving atmosphere. On the contrary, staying in a competitive atmosphere takes a massive toll on their minds.
Family must understand that in distress, a child needs the family's love and support the most. Putting them in a hostel breaks that road to observe and understand one's child. A family's expenditure for a child's career makes the child more vulnerable when they fail to perform well. Parents must think a lot before sending their child to a different city, especially when these coaching centres are all doing business of minting money. Thus, they are only interested in the candidate's result, while on the other hand, a family loses their child forever- God's greatest gift.
