Awareness against binge and odd-hour eating habits
Nowadays, obesity in students, from kids to youths, is common. It's not a good sign for the upcoming generation. All the academic centres must conduct awareness programmes for students and parents.Once in a while, binge and odd-hour eating could be harmless, but when it becomes a habit, it's harmful. The students must understand that to be successful in life, they must be healthy. Usually, the youths remain awake till two or three at night, watching any series or playing computer games and munching chips and whatnot. Uncontrolled food habits and odd hours leave an unhealthy impact on the body.
Family intervention and awareness are of utmost importance to control the wrong practice. Schools and colleges should also play a vital role in making students of every age understand the negative impact of unhealthy eating habits. Isn't it so?
