Sincerity is more important than strictness

The students are too young to understand their shortcomings. They love to dwell on their success but pay less attention to their weaknesses. They are mostly very casual about the things that happen in their lives. Usually, the students think that everything will get right at a certain point.

The ground reality is different. Proper working of things requires sincere effort. The students who take matters very casually lack effort. In such conditions, the parents and teachers should not be harsh with those groups of candidates. Their effort should be sincere and not severe. Severity usually harms rather than benefits. Thus, patience is the call for the parents and teachers, or many budding children can wither away. The young students are usually fun-loving, and they take the future very casually, so it's the role of the parents and teachers to impart the value of sincerity, patience and understanding.

Sincerity holds greater significance for students than strictness. This is because , A sincere student exhibits dedication and honesty in their academic journey. They genuinely help to understand, and have a sincere desire to learn.

On the other hand, Strictness may create fear and hinder the learning process which may hinder a student's ability to learn effectively.

Strictness and sincerity both are important. Both are required for a fruitful result in the life of a student. Strictness is required in the educational institutions to keep discipline because if discipline is not there then there would not be any proper action possible in the institutes. Every one will take liberty and teachers would not be able to take up the classes. Without strictness there would be chaos and disorder in the educational institutions.
Sincerity is a personal attribute and individual student is benefited to it. Some students are more sincere than others and get success in their educational career and also make a good career. Their sincerity pays them.
On the other hand strictness is required in the educational institutions because in absence of it even the sincere student will not be able to perform well.

Sincererity and strictness both are required for the betterment of the students. However, they need to make understand the importance of these valuable parameters clealy.
The role of the teacher should be such thst the students can understand the significance of these entities.
The early the child learns the values of these two terms, more he will be benefited ultimately. A teacher's role in shaping a student always plays a crucial role.

The author is right. Strictness many times create failure in sincerity. If parents shows more strictness over the children ,then the children tends to hide the events, start telling lie etc., and this reduce sincerity in them slowly. Sometimes this may leads them to become immoral too.
We never told lie to our parents in our childhood as our parents never interrupt us unnecessarily. It is not correct to say that they were pampered us. This habit lies strong in us and even in our crossing sixty years we hesitate to tell any lie even in simple matter.
Strictness is good always but with a limitation with some meaning.

Discipline is more important. Any person who is disciplined will be sincere in my opinion. No one can be strict with such a person, I feel. If teachers and parents start teaching the importance of discipline to their children from childhood, they will get accustomed to disciplined living. In such cases, things will move in the correct path without any disturbance, I feel.
Correcting erring children requires a lot of patience. They should be explained what mistake they are making and what are the ways they have to follow.

I kindly want to clarify that in my thread, I have clearly stated that many students take their duties casually. In that case, teachers and parents need to guide them sincerely and not with severity. It's not about maintaining a school properly or making a child disciplined. Sincere students: there is no issue, but many students lack seriousness in learning; in that case, teachers and parents should not lose their patience. They should handle the kids with sincerity and not severity. The sincere effort will bring positive changes in the students, but if the teachers tackle them severely, they will become more disinterested. Parents and teachers must be extra patient with the students who lack seriousness regarding the teachings. If not, these students will not improve as they will become afraid of making mistakes and will not attempt to learn. So, parents and teachers need to be sincere in their efforts and not strict and brutal to the students.
