As clarified by the editor and other members, you could realise that this is purely an educational portal and there has a complete change of acceptance of other articles not related to educational one.
You can post your article/ articles in the platform of the social village as suggested by the editor other than educational features in that site.

The respected members have already provided different reasons for rejecting an article at ISC. I want to mention that if there is a grammar mistake or spammy content, generally the editors keep that article in the pending section and provide us with a chance to correct it.
