Soft skills during studies will be useful to students

Students with good communication skills, understanding skills and problem-solving skills will fare better in their studies. In addition to that these skills are very important for students to secure a job after completing their studies. These skills play a very important role in career development also.

Now these skills are being included in the curriculum of students. Many parents think that these skills are to be taught in schools so that all the students will become more skilled in these areas. Teaching them in the school curriculum will help students in becoming positive.

I like to know the ideas of other members in this aspect.

We find a lot of differences between the ways followed earlier iand the way's being implemented now in the area of the education. We were taught the theoretical principles in the past days but now there is the inclusion of both the aspects- the theoretical and the practical one to benefit the students.
Soft skills especially the communication skills, understanding the different skills and a new approach to problem- solving skills enhances the effectiveness of the students.
However, the authorities of the schools should take a proactive step in ensuring that the students get adequate proficiency in the soft skills. Without the proper guidance, there cannot be any miracle in their personality development. The schools should update their patterns time to time to benefit the students with the latest trends.
