What is the difference between online and manual institution registrations

I would like to know what is the difference between online website registration or platform registration and manual registration, which is what we submit in schools, colleges, universities, and various institutions for different courses.

The registration certificates are issued by various institutions and it is accepted by all government and private sectors but some courses do not need registration and some are compulsory for the related courses, such as H.S.C., HSLC, B.A. B.Com, Bsc, MA, M.Com, Msc, Ph.D., etc. Now, we all well know that courses are available on various platforms and websites through online registration worldwide. Some institutions have distributed the registration certificates, some platforms give only account IDs and course certificates. The account IDs are not accepted without registration certificates while we go to submit only course certificates.

Hence, I request you to give suggestions if any students have faced such issues.

The student registration process is the first step for a student to get admitted to a school, college, or university. The registration details are very much needed for further dealings with admission inquiries; compiling data management, tracking an applicant's admission status, generating a merit list; communicating the results of the admission process, etc.
The registration can be done online as well as manually. Manual registration is very cumbersome as we have to get all the copies required to be physically attached and to be submitted personally or through post. After that also it is very difficult to know the status and we may have to visit many times the institute which is time-consuming.

At the same time, online registration is very easy. We can pay the money online and we can scan and submit the copies online. This entire process can be carried out at any time based on the convenience of the individual before the lapse of the last date and time. So many parents these days prefer online registration to get their kids admitted to schools.

The online process of registration is picking up popularity due to its convenient approach. We need to submit all the details required for the registration and once the formalities are completed, click the button so that details are available to the concerned parties.

But in case of manual registration, the entire process becomes cumbersome since the required copies are to be attached and enclosing these copies in an envelope, and the application along with the copies needs to be sent to the addressee. Later on, we cannot track the fate of the sent copies except we might get the acknowledgment receipt attached to the envelope which is accompanied by the envelope if we take care of this issue. We cannot be sure of the status of the application at the later stages. We remain in a state of confusion regarding the final fate of the submitted documents.

Hence the candidates now resort to the former process ie the online process of submitting their documents.

These days many institutions are asking for online registrations. A few are going for the hybrid model. This hybrid model consists of downloading the application form from the website and then filling it up manually and then asking the students to send their application form by post with all enclosures.

Some institutions ask us to pay online and some want to pay through DD. But this online payment is easy and similarly sending applications online is also not difficult. That is why many students show interest in online registration.

The post should be more specific and if you see the responses above, those are only related to admissions via online mode.

All the suggestions are really correct, but I confused because our Assam or Indian government has not responding other State registered or online Registration ID, recently I already registered earn certificate from Royal College of General Practitioner and registered Royal College Surgeon courses, I have all ready trying to update with my Aadhaar or Pan card , the agencies are not accepting for update with the online registration ID.
