Change of same pen in exam without signature

I am an MBA student from Bangalore University
Recently our 4th sem exam was completed during that time in one of the subject I changed the pen in midway but I didn't go for invigilator signature because pen was the same ink, but it the ink was on the lighter side than the previous one (pen ink difference) do valuators gonna deduct the marks or raise any issue with it

Changing pen in the midst of a Board/University paper is not an offense. Changing pen does not require signature of the invigilator.
So your paper will be evaluated. No penal action will be taken against you. Enjoy!!!
By the way, didn't you ever change your pen in your earlier Board/University examinations?

Changing pen is not an issue as far as my knowledge goes. During the 1980s public examinations, I think there was a restriction on the colour of the ink used for answering the question papers. Students were asked to report to the invigilator if the candidate was using a different colour ink.
But later on, no such restrictions were there. But I remember for some years ball pens were not allowed in the examinations. Now even ball pens are also allowed.
No marks will be deducted for not informing the change of pen midway through the examination.

Changing the pen is generally not an issue especially when ink is same. Regarding the fading of the ink even a normal pen can fade after writing a few pages.
The person who is checking the copy book is generally not bothered for the dark ink or fading of the ink but they would be more alert and vigilant towards the handwriting. If there is a change of handwriting then it becomes a big problem and the person who is checking the copy book will take it very suspiciously.
In your case nothing like that has happened so I don't feel there is any problem.

The concerned examiner would take a note of the difference of the colouration of the ink. Intensity of colouration might change sometimes due to usage of the different inks. However, the examiner might be serious only when the handwriting gets changed in course of writing. In your case, this is not noticeable and hence you need not worry unnecessarily regarding your involvement in any unfair practices.
