    Request to reset the cash credit counter in my dashboard

    For a long time I was not able to contribute in this portal. Meanwhile it has oriented itself in the educational field. Now I have started to contribute a bit here.
    I request the concerned editor to reset the cash credit counter as my dashboard is not showing it correctly. Thanks.

    Welcome back to ISC! It's good to see your contribution and we are sure that now you will start contributing regularly. Do you find a mismatch in cash credit or there is a mismatch in points too? Can you please specify, if possible with a screenshot, where is the mismatch? That will help us to move further.

    In my dashboard it is showing negative cash credits. As per my understanding it should be zero. I am attaching the screenshot.

    Neeru Bhatt,

    It seems some of your articles/posts that earned cash credits were deleted during the cleanup process and since they are no longer available the cash credits earned for them are now showing in negative. Let me check with the Admin whether there is any other reason for this negative balance.

    By the way, start contributing to the Knowledge Centre too which will help you to earn more revenues now as you already know that the focus is on academics.

    Thanks for the feedback. When some of my articles were deleted/shifted to Social Village then it could be a reason for this negative balance.
    Now, I request the concerned editor to get this negative balance reset to zero so that I can start afresh.

    An editor cannot reset the cash credits. Editors do not have access to the technical aspects of the site. The Webmasters have been informed. Please be patient, since it is the year-end season and this may take some time.

    As of now we do not have a technical feature to reset cash credits but please start contributing. I will soon figure out a way to do this for you.
