    The Magic Motivation Hall

It was the evening time the sun was going to set for some hours. Anaya was a girl of 23 years. She was very upset. She prepared well for the examination but unfortunately, she failed in the higher secondary examination. The result was declared today at 4 PM and after that, Anaya was very upset. She saw her result on the internet and was never ready to go home. She was depressed and could not find an answer for her failure in the examination. She was worrying. What would she say to her parents? The expectations of her parents were very high and she could not succeed in her high secondary examination.

She was walking along the pathway. Once she thought about suicide but could not get the courage to do so. She saw that the sparrow was singing on electric wire and she also saw an old building named Motivation Hall. She thinks that she needs motivation to survive further. Unwillingly she entered the Motivation Hall.

When she entered the motivation hall, she saw there were almost 25 persons in the hall. The motivation hall which looked ancient from the outside was well-painted and some pictures were also painted on the wall. Suddenly an old gentleman, Mr. Robert saw Anaya. Mr. Robert came to Anaya and told her.

Robert: Hello beta. What is your good Name? And why are you looking so upset?

Anaya: Uncle, My name is Anaya. I am very upset because I have failed my higher secondary examination declared today. (Anaya started crying)

Robert: Ohh! But don't worry beta. You have come to a proper place. This is a magic motivation hall. I am sure you will be all right after some time. Would you come with me?

He brought Anaya to the corner of the hall. There was a picture of different legends and a summary of their life. Anaya saw the picture of Albert Einstein and read a summary of his life. How he struggled in school life. After that, Robert shows a picture of Steve Jobs and tells her how she could not pass his high school and also tells her the story of Steve Jobs. Robert also told him about Sachin Tendulkar who was not so good at studying but is called the God of Cricket.
Robert told her to do meditation for some time. After doing meditation for 25 minutes, Anaya felt some positive energy in her body. She thought about Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs, Sachin Tendulkar, and other legends who have struggled in life and never got success in their first attempt.

Anaya decided not to be depressed and ready to start a new plan for study. She remembered a slogan written on the wall of her school," Failure is the first step to success." Now she was ready to face her parents.

Suddenly Robert and Anaya saw that her parents entered the motivation Hall. When they saw Anaya they came near her and hugged her. Anaya was crying. Her mother was also crying. They searched Anaya for the last 2 hours in the town and ultimately found her in the motivation hall. Robert told the whole story to her parents. Robert told that this was a magic motivation hall. The people who come here always get positive energy and are motivated like Anaya.

Her parents were grateful to Robert but Robert said that they should be grateful to this magic motivation hall. Anaya came to the home with her parents. She was ready to prepare again with some extra energy.

Next year she worked hard. She studies with a plan. She got the third position on the state merit list. She wanted to be a Doctor. So, her parents admitted her to the medical college to pursue an MBBS. She is presently enjoying her studies the medical college.

Whenever Anaya comes to his town she always spends her time at the Motivation hall and never forgets to visit Mr. Robert. Anaya and her parents are very grateful to the Magic Motivation Hall.

A nice story from the author. Motivation is very important for students who are in depressed conditions. That factor is highlighted in this story. Motivation will do miracles and there are many well-known examples where the individuals changed a lot with good motivational efforts from the mentors. I know a student who was not able to even sit for a while and study. But his mentor set him right with his motivational efforts. Meditation is a part of motivation which will help the individual in getting stable.

A very good story! In this story, the motivation hall has become the part of the story quite naturally. The girl failed in the examination and was roaming aimlessly, She entered the magic motivation hall, got rejuvenated and acheived success in her life.

The story is relevant to the contest.

Recently, suicide attempts by students in India have been rising at an alarming rate. This happens due to academic pressure, societal challenges, and the deterioration of mental well-being among students. As per the data given by the Union Ministry, about 35,000 students attempted suicide and lost life between the period of 2019 and 2021 in India. The author has creatively outlined a story about this suicidal thought by a student, who failed the final examination and how she has overcome her suicidal feeling. I would like to say at this point and time that in schools, where students are mostly teens, and they need moral support. Their mental health should be given more importance before the commencement of board examinations than in special coaching classes. Each student must be allotted a mentor teacher to be outspoken about their grievances or issues in school. Parents should also be involved in the counseling sessions so as not to pressure their children.

Very interesting story by the author. Students who do not get success in their exams often become sad and sometimes go for some extreme measures. That is a very critical time and there should be some elder who should console and explain to the student that failures are always there in life and we have to take it in the sporting way. Once the student understands that others also get failure and we have to learn from it and prepare well for our next attempt for exam or competition or career making or searching a job or anything like that in our lives then he gets out of that sad phase and starts preparing for the next challenge.
There is no substitute for hard work and a student should be motivated to learn that fact as early in one's life as possible.

    Knowledge is power.

A nice story written by the author. It is very correct that the students often become tensed and confused once they fail in getting success in their studies. This was the same case with Ananya but she was fortunate enough to locate the motivation hall where she had met Mr. Robert - a dynamic man changing her mind from negative status to positive one with his inspirational message. She got a lot of inspiration and ultimately she scored success in the next time.
Suicidal thoughts are really dangerous and once the students are in the grip of of such negativities, it becomes difficult for them to come out of the depressed situations unless they get a mentor helping them to retrieve from such a traumatic situation.
Ananya ultimately realised the importance of the hard work due to the motivated speech of Mr. Robert.
In the Indian Families, the parents should play an active role without being emotional for the failures of their kids guiding and motivating them towards the right path. Their support would work like a miracle to their kids.
