Welcoming 2024 and looking forward with hope - Happy New Year!
It's been an eventful year - does this thought come up in your mind at the end of every year? Perhaps some of you look back on the year gone by, recalling joyous moments, glad of achieving some goals, or just plain content that it was overall a good year, perhaps with a few blips that made you feel low but you shook it off and bounced back with resilience...For us at ISC, it has indeed been eventful, primarily because of the switch to the new niche of academics. We were dismayed but eventually shrugged it off, took it in stride while trying to adjust, at the same time welcoming the introduction of the Knowledge Centre.
We were also distressed at the loss of a highly respected member, paying our tributes to Prof. T.M.Sankaran.
Let us once again look forward with hope for ISC's continued success and wish that this veteran portal which has given us so much in terms of learning, earnings, and virtual friendships, hangs in there with grit in the crowd of newer websites.
Wishing all of you, your families, and friends, a wonderful 2024 with good health, prosperity, and happiness. In the words of one GIF that I sent off today to a few people, here come 365 new days, 365 new chances. Make the most of it!
