I am not able to see update on my points related to different contributions

When I am selecting 'Gifts and Awards' under 'view profile' menu then a red message is being displayed and I am not able to see the update of points on my various contributions. Moreover, as I had already earlier raised the point, I am still seeing a negative cash credit in my dashboard.
Concerned editor/admin may please look into the matter and correct it. Thanks.

Your account is closed as you are not active for more than one year, I think. Recovering them back is not possible, I feel. You have to start afresh with your old ID and Password. You can continue in the same work. I think, your new earnings may start appearing on your dash board. Anyhow, We will wait for the reply of the concerned. I wish you all the best in your just restarted journey on this ISC.

    Neeru Bhatt,

Since your profile was inactive for a long time, more than 1 year, the points and cc you earned earlier are now cancelled. The flash message in red you have mentioned under 'Gifts & Awards' is a reflection of that. You may refer to the thread Important Announcement Regarding Financial Liability - Expiry of Cash Credits of Tony sir for details. Updates on your latest contributions are available under the 'Contributions' tab just beside the 'Gifts & Awards' tab. In 'Contributions', choose the Start date and End date and you will find the update. I am attaching one screenshot of your latest score here for your reference.

Regarding negative cash credit, I request you to see the response of Tony sir in your previous thread Request to reset the cash credit counter in my dashboard where he stated there is no option at present to reset the cash credits and promised to find a way out in this case.

I think there is no need to worry about this at present and you continue contributing to various other sections along with your regular activities in the Forum.
