    Problem in submitting a new topic and editing a post in Knowledge Centre

    I have submitted a post in Knowledge Centre today on 25th January 2024. There are some corrections to be done in that but when I am clicking on edit tab then I am getting the restriction message with a big circle with a red thick line on it.
    I am finding same problem when I am trying to submit a new topic. Please look into the matter. Thanks.

    I have checked but no topic answer is pending.

    However, a few topics submitted by me ( around 2 out of 12) are showing as pending but I cannot correct them as message is coming that editors have already reviewed them and these topics are not accepting answers. I understand (my guess) that those 2 topics are either deleted or rejected due to redundancy or lacking clarity.

    Hope you have tried to edit the topics which are shown as pending. Your score board for the period 12/01/23 to 01/23/24 shows that you have submitted only one topic answer. There appears to be some confusion. Will check with the Webmaster and get back to you.

    Yes, I have submitted only 1 topic answer during the period.

    But I had posted a good number of topics and only a few of them are deleted/pending. I do not know how that is connected to this problem. We will wait for the advice of webmaster.
