How can poverty be eradicated across the globe?

There have been a lot of scientific and technological advancements in the world. A large number of services and various facilities are available for mankind to lead a convenient life. Civilization is moving ahead at a fast pace and modernization is becoming the mantra of the day. Despite all these progress and developments there are poor people across the globe struggling to earn a livelihood for sustaining the bare minimum requirements of their lives.

It is said that poverty is a curse and a reason for so many problems in the world. How can poverty be eradicated across the globe? Is there a solution? Please share your ideas.

To provide the answer to the problem raised by the author seems to be the brain storming exercise and there is no shortcut answer to this as I think.
Of course, India is no better than any other counterpart but the same is the condition for many countries such as Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Afghanistan to name a few.
If we analyse properly for most of the countries as stated above, it appears that the people living in such countries are not inactive but would like to earn a handsome amount to maintain their families but the unfortunate part is that there are political turbulence within their counties and as a result inflation has reached to an alarming level and despite the best efforts of the people, their families are not able to manage the bare minimum food for their survival.
Despite the best efforts of the government, the job generation is disappointing. So is the case with the health and the education sector in a property stricken country.
The ongoing wars in the different countries have created the instabilities in their regions and to combat these, a peaceful environment and a firm commitment will be required from both the sides - the public and the concerned governments.

A good submission from the author. Poverty eradication is the need of the hour. There are people across the globe who are not able to have two square meals a day. We hear about deaths due to hunger. Many people speak about various points in this respect.
Controlling the population is one of the important points for controlling poverty. The increasing population is the prime cause of this poverty. The governments should see that wealth is not getting accumulated by a few in their country. The policies they make should not make rich people much richer and poor people much poorer. Economic inequality in society is also a main reason for poverty. Employment opportunities are to be increased so that all people will have a way of earning so that they will have sufficient money to live.

There are many reasons for poverty across the globe. It could be due to a large population or bad governance or monopoly of a few persons in acquiring land and materials or lack of opportunities for earning money etc etc.

The Government of any country faces a lot of difficulties and problems in eradicating poverty. There are always some people who by virtue of their hard work and managing techniques make money and become very rich but every person cannot be like that and a large number of people are unable to make adequate earnings for their livelihood.

A good government can create a large number of small jobs even in the remote places of the country and provide job opportunities to people to make them able to earn and come out of the poverty clutch. Apart from that many governments across the world are giving some help in shape of financial aid or materials to the people below the poverty line. These measures require a lot of funds from the government which it collects as tax from the other people who are earning a good amount of money.

Still, poverty eradication is a big challenge in the world today.

Thoughts exchanged is knowledge gained.
