What is your strategy as a parent if your child is the victim of a narcissist teacher?

Imagine that you are the child of a parent who is the victim of a narcissist teacher or a principal. Your child is always feeling low-esteemed due to his or her narcissistic teacher or principal. The teacher or the principal is always pressuring your child by assigning a lot of homework and too many projects, and it is also punishing if not submitted within the specified time. The principal or teacher is also unecessarily passing comments every now and then to your child and everyone in class. These teachers are seeking authority, power, and fame. So, as a parent, what strategy would you adapt for your child?
    a) You are personally visiting the teacher or principal and fighting with him or her. Or meet with the school management and suggest the dismissal of such narcissistic teachers or principals as they are causing barriers to your child's development.
    b) Teach your child to tolerate such teachers or principals as they will encounter such unfair people in the future. Suggest your child try to achieve success despite such inconveniences. But we are still unsure if the children can achieve success.

A narcissistic teacher always thinks about self-importance. They will not have any empathy for others, They always expect admiration from others.
As a parent of a school-going child, I will try to meet the management of the school and inform them about the problems that are being faced by my child. I will never present it as a problem due to a particular person. I give them sufficient time to understand the issue and take corrective action.
I will be constantly observing my child and helping him in such a way that he will understand the lesson well and complete the given homework. I will be meeting the teacher and keep interacting with him and praising him in such a way that his ego will be satisfied and will not punish my child unnecessarily.

In today's scenario narcissist teachers are not common. Still there might be a few who are pressurising the students on one pretext or other and affecting them psychologically. If the child is feeling offended in such a situation then it is a serious matter and parents must go for remedial measures.
The first and foremost thing is to talk to the school authorities and get the resolution. Other thing that can be considered is changing the school of the child if that is feasible without much disturbance in his studies.
For making a successful study career and learning the child requires a calm and conducive environment and a narcissistic environment is adverse to the child's development.

    Knowledge is power.

Sorry I committed error in first sentence. I want to mention as 'imagine you are a parent of a child who is a victim of narcissistic parent'

I think what you wanted to say was 'imagine you are a parent of a child who is a victim of narcissistic teacher'.

Having been a student of Psychology, I understand the situation of the child when he or she is schooling under such teachers. This type of teachers are very authoritative and in the name of discipline can offend the students as and when they want. Being narcissist is itself a mental disorder and depicts a faulted personality. These people only think about themselves and their ways of dealing with others. Sometimes they can even be cruel to others if their mental orders are not set in tune with other people. The narcissist love themselves and are attached to their own personalities and do not bother for others.
Parents have to be alert and cautious of such situations and take care of their children either by counseling or encouraging them to ignore such faulted personalities as far as possible.

It is really a pathetic condition to face such a teacher who keeps you severely stressed due to his inhuman actions. Very often they assign tasks to such an extent that it would be impossible for the students to satisfy such a narcissistic teacher. The overall impact on the students is not favourable due to the barbarous action of the teacher.
The students might be depressed and their preparations for the upcoming examination is severely affected.
Let us not allow to derive pleasure with his whimsical manner and we need to take a firm stand to teach him the appropriate lesson with the visit of other affected guardians apprising of the Principal of the school regarding his barbarism. Hope, the teacher concerned might change his mind due to the heavy pressure of the guardians.

A self-centered teacher only cares about themselves and doesn't show empathy towards others. They always want people to admire them.

As a parent, if my child faces problems at school because of a teacher, I'll talk to the school's management. I won't blame any specific person for the issues. I'll give them time to understand and fix the problem.

I'll keep an eye on my child and help them understand their lessons and finish their homework. I'll also communicate with the teacher, praising them in a way that satisfies their ego and ensures they won't unfairly punish my child.
