Coming to your question, there is no rule that all schools should have a URL and an email ID, I feel. There are many schools, especially in rural areas without a website or an email ID.

    Shaik Ahmed Kabir,

Welcome to ISC! I hope you are looking for some information on St. Peters English School situated at #1920/1921 4th Main, R.P.C. Layout, Vijaya Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka 560040, India.

As Dr Rao has already mentioned, it is not mandatory for every school to have a website and email address in our country especially when there is no proper internet connectivity at remote places. We look for the website and email address for communication and if they do not have such facilities we may call them on their telephone number. For communication, a telephone number is a must and a little search in Google will help you find their contact number. Nowadays, there are various platforms where you will get the required information about educational institutes/schools. You can also call them for the information you need from them.

Some educational institutes do not have a website and this one also appears to belong to that category.
This site (ISC) is having a large database of schools and colleges and many members here update that from time to time.
Whenever there is some change in the address, phone number, website, email address etc in a school or college and it comes under the observation of contributing members of ISC then they update it in the ISC database. Same thing must be happening in one way or other in other educational websites and is presented to the visitors visiting to the respective websites.
I think knowing about the above process will help us in understanding why some information about some of the institutions is not available in the internet.

    Knowledge is power.

I am also updating from time to time the information about the schools and colleges in this site and after seeing this post I also searched internet about this particular college but did not find it's website.
It is really surprising that in today's digital world there are so many institutions, may be located in remote places, which do not have their own websites.

    Thoughts exchanged is knowledge gained.
