    Thread of the Fortnight contest- 16th to 29th Feb and 01st to 15th Mar '24- Winners!

    With due apologies for the delay, we are now announcing the Thread of the Fortnight contest for the period 16th to 29th Feb '24 and 01st to 15th Mar '24 together. We do understand that not announcing the winners on time can be demotivating, but the delay could not be avoided due to some unforeseen reasons and the same may please be overlooked for once. It is said that it is better to be late than never. And so, here are the winners-

    16th to 29th Feb-

    Winner
    Dr N.V. Srinivasa Rao for his thread Why many students don't want to get into the teaching profession.

    Special Prize
    Umesh for the thread Which one is better for the students- a standard text book or a guide book?

    01st to 15th Mar-

    Winner
    Bhavani for her thread Kerala school introduced the first humanoid robot teacher- a boon or bane in the Indian context

    Special Prize
    Neeru Bhatt for the thread Why does it happen to me?

    The winners will get Rs 60/- each with 60 points and the special prize winners will get Rs 40/- and 40 points each.

    At the same time, I congratulate Bhavani Madam and Ms Neeru Bhatt for winning thread of the fortnight contest during 1 st March and 15 th March for their prizes.

    At the outset, my sincere thanks to ISC for allowing us to participate in the contest. Then I like to thank the jury members for selecting my thread as the thread of the fortnight 16th to 29th Feb. My sincere thanks to all the members and editors for their best wishes to me in this occasion. My congratulations to all the other three winners also and their threads are worth the awards.
