    Tony sir or Saji Sir, please do help me out

    Try as hard as I might, there is hardy any doubt in my mind. I have got a couple of cash awards. But am not able to see any invoice number.

    Is it possibly be due to the fact i was not active for quite a while -- more than 365 days-- due to my health reasons? If yes, can i claim the amount at all?

    Kindly tell me what is the problem?

    Please do help me out.

    Sivakumar, your cash balance as on date is reflected as Rs 732/- and the cash payment announced by Timmy sir does not include your name. Please note that the invoice number will be available only when the cash payment is announced in your name. Though the payout amount we choose may be lesser, the limit is generally fixed by the admin based on certain criteria and hence it is possible that you have not been accounted for during the current payment month. Please wait for the next month's cash payment announcement and keep contributing.

    Hope this answer will satisfy your query in this thread also.

    By the by, have you claimed the cash payment that was announced for the month of Feb '23?

    Since I am online, will explain.

    An invoice number gets generated when you are eligible to receive payment. Even if you receive cash credits, these become part of a cash payout only if you are one of the eligible payees. I checked your 'Contributions' Tab on your profile page and can see the last invoice was generated a year ago in Feb. 2023 (please see the attached image). Did you submit that invoice and get that payment?

    You can also check on the Cash Credits page. Select 'Cash Payment' from the drop-down list of 'Award Type' where the monthly cash payments are included if applicable along with other cash payments. On that same Cash Credits page, if you select 'Group by Member' from the drop-down list of 'Display' you can scroll down and see your name with the payment you have received to date, as well as the balance, which currently is Rs. 732/-.

    So check if you feel any payments are still due to you, and let us know if you require any further clarifications.
