It's a fun game. I have never have ever in our life.

I am stating a thread where every member will share his/her experience of life "Never have I ever".

There are many things in our life which we may not have done in our life.

I am sharing mine. I have never done any thing against the law and have never been arrested by police. I have never gone to police station.

You need to think things in you life and share.

This is an interesting game. Somewhat related to our lives and its experiences.
I have never taken a loan in my life from other person whether it is a small amount or big amount. The reason is that I consider it a failure of living within our resources.
Everyone has different earnings and one has to manage within that. Managing things by taking loans and then make excuses of not repaying them in time is not a good thing. If one does that then one's intentions become doubtful.
Another important aspect is why a person will give me a loan especially after knowing that in friendship or relation one never asks for interest on the loan amount.
Today there are many people who are looking for opportunities for getting loan from the gullible people on one pretext or other. I feel we should be careful of such persons and refuse to give any loan to them.
If one really wants some capital to start a business or thing like that one should take it from a bank or other such financial agency which offer loan.

Knowledge is power.

Nice initiative from the author. It is true that certain activities we might not have taken at any time so far in our lives. But certain activities we may be repeating based on the necessity. But one should remember that one should not go against the law of the land. But sometimes we may go against rules which is not acceptable as per the protocols. I never smoked in my life so far.
Coming to my matter, I am a strict vegetarian and so far I never touched even a small piece of non-vegetarian. These days majority of people prefer vegetarianism only. Vegetarian food is considered to be healthy.
My wife is also a strict vegetarian. We will not even eat Cakes containing eggs. We purchase cakes without eggs only. All our family members eat only vegetarians So I have never had any nonvegetarian food so far. I was in China for a month or so. I managed the whole month with bread and jam.

The author has floated an interesting post asking us to contribute something which we have never done.
Recollecting my activities and behaviour I find that I have never abused anyone either directly or on his or her back. I belong to a middle class family and my father was a strict person as regards the discipline in the family. We always obeyed him and considered him much above us in all respect and thought that he was the only person who could help us in any matter. So, whatever he told us or preached us became the law in our lives and our habits developed accordingly. He never tolerated any bad word or abuse about anyone and used a cultured and refined language. We learned the same thing and followed the suit.
I hear many people using abusive language left and right and I feel disturbed and offended by that.

Thoughts exchanged is knowledge gained.

Let me add one more response to this interesting thread.
As I recollect today, I have never gone for any redundant gadget or item and bought it for my household. Some people get excited by seeing a new product and buy it only to increase the number of items in their houses. The item may be used or not used no one bothers. After some time it becomes a part of the clutter.
I picked this trait from my father who always advocated that if there was a gadget in house for a specific purpose and it was working fine then we should never buy another. He strongly believed in getting the bad items repaired and keep using them for a longer time.
It is true that at that time there was no concept like use and throw. It was simply use and again use. If it goes bad then get it repaired and again use.
Whether it is clothes or electronic gadgets or furniture or various other items in our house I have same feeling for them. Maintain them and use for a long time.

Knowledge is power.

Dr Rao that must have been very problematic as you cannot stay in China without eating meat. I don't think people like eating vegetables alone.

It is, of course, an interesting thread where the author is to know our activity with which we have not been involved so far. I have been associated with some of my friends having indulged in the investment of share -market. They are in the habit of telling me why I have not shown any inclination to this instrument. A few friends have earned substantially by way of their investment for a long duration. However, a few of them have even lost hugely.
Since the returns are unpredictable, I am very cautious concerning investments in the share - market. The only way to get a monthly income after my retirement is to lock my funds in the fixed - deposit of the banks partly and the remaining in the Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Yojna.
Though such investments are not commensurate with rising inflation, at least, there is no chance of loss of my principal amount.

It's a fun game. I have never have ever in our life.
