    One payment not yet received

    Attention is invited to the locked thread: Request to the ISC Webmaster .....

    In that thread, I stated that I uploaded three invoices. In response, I received three e-mails and two payments. One payment is still pending. Related Invoice No. ISC-225821 : Amount: Rs. 900/-.

    As the previous thread has been locked with the comment of the Webmaster, "All payments are cleared now", I am forced to raise this thread.

    It is always advised to submit the invoice as soon as it is announced and would request you to go through this topic once again. I do not know whether the Invoice against which the payment is yet to be credited is too old or not because you may not receive the payment if it is announced a year earlier. However, I have informed the Webmaster and please wait for a response.

    Hope you have mentioned the issue on the Payments page also. If not done yet, request you to do it.

    Further, the payment that is pending is from November 2023, i.e less than one year. If the administration thinks that the old payment causes a problem, a new stricture must be issued that the invoice must be uploaded within 7 days or so (instead of one year), otherwise the amount will be forfeited.

    At least, I would have no problem if such a stricture is issued.

    Please refer to your response #774921 in this thread where you suggested discussing issues related to payment in the 'Message Box'. So, my response that you have quoted here was also in the same line on updating the issue in the message box on the page where you need to "Update payment status, post queries about this payment or upload invoice".

    The timeline related to payments is clearly mentioned in the help topic, the link is given in the previous response, and hence no need to further discuss it here.

    Yes, Mr. John. Just now I have checked that page. A wrong invoice was uploaded. This was done by my staff (Peon/MTS). As the fault is on my part, I am foregoing this payment.
