How does moderation help us in our lives?
In our Indian mythology and ancient scriptures many places it is mentioned that moderation is key to a happy and contented life. Moderation means to do things in a limited way and never go for extremes. For example over-exercise can harm us by affecting the muscles and ligaments in our body and that is why experts suggest us to do exercises in moderation. Another example could be of eating. Health specialist often tell us to eat in moderation, keep fast or go for intermittent fasting or take small meals with gaps, etc. There are many such activities in our lives where moderation helps us in a big way.What are your views on this?
