    Which country would you choose if given a choice to settle there?

    There are so many countries in the world. Every country has its own geographical environment, resources, population, governance, culture, and so on. Countries are also distinguishable based on their GDP, technological advancements, military power, import-export potential, and parameters like that.
    Most of the people love their country and it is a natural thing but given a choice some also settle abroad and get the citizenship of that country.
    Suppose you have good financial condition and you are given an offer and choice to settle in any foreign country then which one would you choose and why? Or you would like to live here only? Can you share your choice?

    Different people will have different opinions. We all read during our studies Janani Janmabhumisha Swargadapi Gariyase. ( One should not forget his/her mother and motherland. For me, India is the country where I want to have my last breath. I started breathing on this land. I want to stop breathing on this land only. In our lives, we may be facing many problems and we may suffer a lot but we will never decide to leave our mother. I feel the same is the case with Motherland also. We may temporarily go out of the country to earn our livelihood. But once we are well off and we can take care of ourselves we should try to help our motherland. We should come back and settle here.
    All our relatives and friends will be with us if we settle in our motherland. Whenever any necessity comes they may come to our help and we may rely on them in case of a problem. There is no limit to earning money. If we can manage, I feel it is better to be in the motherland only.

    Most of the people have an inherent affinity with their homelands and may not share their choices in this matter. Since our childhood, we are taught nationality and patriotism and in such an upbringing telling straight that I like such and such country and would prefer to go there is a bold statement as it would expose the individual and many will refrain mentioning that.
    But the fact is that many youngsters who are going abroad for higher education are getting a job there and then settling there with their families. It is very common. Most of them are having NRI status. Some of them are returning to India due to various reasons and personal preferences but a majority of these people try hard to get a citizenship and settle there.
    Indian people are working in many foreign countries and in many places the salary and facilities are much higher as compared to India so it is natural that they are tempted to stay there for good.
    Knowledge is power.

    No doubt, whether in this birth or next birth I want to be born ,brought up and settled in India, that is Bharat, only.

    I have not yet seen even a micro percentage of this great vast country. I am sure I will not be able to se and experience full of this country in this birth. That is why I need next birth also in this 'punyabhoomi'.
