How to cope up with workplace stress?
Many people suffer from workplace stress. It could be due to various reasons depending upon the person's succeptibility in different matters. Workplace is a place where we have to execute the work assigned to us. Some work we do ourselves while some other we do as a group activity. Working in a place requires basic adjustment and cordial relations with others failing which one can have difficulties and inconveniences sometimes leading to stress.The source of workplace stress is different for different people and its intensity also differs from individual to individual.
